HTTPS support

After requests from several users I’ve added support for HTTPS across the API. Let me know if you encounter any problems using it.

    Hi,
    unfortunately this doesnt work for this URL (works without the s).

    https://ergast.com/api/f1/2013/driverStandings.json?callback=JSON_CALLBACK

    I am trying to use the API in a CodePen Project, they require https since a couple of weeks. Any advice?

    Thanks a lot (and generally for maintaining such a great API)!
